About Tim Still

Tim Still serves as the Chief Administrative Officer of LiveAmerica.

Prior to LiveAmerica, Tim served as Global Head of Consumer Customer Operations for American International Group, Inc. (AIG), which he assumed in December 2014. In this role, he was responsible for the operations of AIG’s Life, Health and Disability, Individual and Group Retirement and Personal Insurance business lines, as well as AIG’s Consumer Region Operations, Global Contact Centers and Global Customer Service and Complaints. Mr. Still previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer for AIG Life and Retirement since April 2012. Prior to that role, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer for AIG’s variable annuity and income solutions business lines.

Prior to joining AIG, Mr. Still was Chief Operations Officer for Travelers Life & Annuity in Hartford, Connecticut. In this role, he led the process by which Travelers earned DALBAR’s prestigious Crystal Pyramid Service Excellence Award improving service from a 44th place ranking in 2000 to its first place ranking in 2005. Earlier, Mr. Still served as Vice President, Operations for Allmerica Life Insurance Company where he improved the company’s DALBAR ranking from 27th place to fourth place. Previously, he was Vice President, Full Service Administration for Vantage Computer Systems. Overall, Mr. Still has over 26 years of in-depth operations, technology and finance experience. He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting where he graduated summa cum laude from William Jewell College in Liberty, Missouri. Mr. Still is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants.
